Lexa's Baptism Weekend

Lexa's baptism weekend began Friday when she and Mommy were able to lunch with the other SLP babies.



Shawna and Tycen, Kim and Emma, Abby and Carlie, Mommy and Lexa....note what Lexa is trying to do. It never ends!!



Saturday brought many visitors, including Aunt Rita (Lexa's Godmother) and Erin and Tom (Lexa's Godfather).

Nana and Papa were among the visitors, bringing Jace a book and magnifying glass. Apparently he is helping Mommy locate her shoes.



Lexa wore the same onesie under her dress that Jace wore at his baptism.



The actual baptism was after mass. Check out what happened to Jace during church. This is unheard of!! Sure he falls asleep when Mommy is not at home and able to chill or get something done!

Getting the water on her head. She had screamed pretty loudly before this...either she was hungry or hot from her dress. Mommy is going with hungry as 9 times out of 10 this is the culprit.

Sunday morning, the whole crew went to breakfast. Lexa was worn out from her big day on Saturday!



After breakfast, some relaxation outside in the beautiful weather was in order.

After everyone had left Tom and Erin decided to extend there stay so a hike to the river was next on the agenda.

Lexa was loving facing forward and actually fell asleep on the way.



Ok, this picture is really gross but kind of funny. Kona totally caught this squirrel outside on the walk. After a closer look it was discovered that the poor thing didn't have a left eye and couldn't see Kona approaching!



Jace, doing one of his favorite things...throwing rocks in the river. Kona had a blast diving for things in the water while scaredy cat Oz watching from the bank.



Lexa decided to lounge in her stroller rather than get dirty.



At first glance, this looks like a picture of Daddy's behind. Look between his legs for a classic moment.



And finally, after a busy, exciting weekend, there is nothing like vegging in front of the tv with your favorite sibling!
