Last week was fairly busy. Jacer and Lexa attended a birthday party. Nana, Papa, and Grandma Rosie came for a visit. Daddy turned old. Jace started preschool. Whew! Exhausting! Mommy did take several pictures so you could feel like you were right there. Check 'em out!

This would be Jace's 'man cave'. Nana and Papa thought it was an appropriate name. Mommy just might send him there once in a while.....
Lexa is a pretty big fan of Papa. Even more so after he took her for a spin.

Behind Again.
Mommy's apologies. Life has been hectic this summer! Relaxing at the pool and hanging out with friends takes a lot out of a person!
So without further ado, Mommy is going to quickly catch you up on the last couple of weeks...via pictures.
Tricia, who watches Jace and Lexa during the school year, had her first baby a couple of weeks ago. Lexa was able to hold her for the first time the other night. Hard to believe the Lilly is 2 weeks old and Lexa is nearly 1 1/2! Oh that Bean. She is small but mighty!
Jacer and Daddy went to watch a Jason Aldean concert at a local county fair. He is Jace's favorite, favorite singer so it was a must see.
Before the concert Jace played darts and hit 4 balloons with 3 darts and won a Scooby Doo. When he got home he told Mommy he hit balloons with pencils at the prayer. Close enough.
Nobody goes to a county fair without eating a footlong corn dog right?
Jace and Lexa toured a local dairy with a group of friends. Not a bad picture considering how many children aged 4 and under were included!
There may have been some shopping going on lately. Lexa is turning into such a girly girl so she had to have a stroller for her babies. 
And maybe a new dress. To match her baseball hat apparently. Ok, so she still has a little tomboy left in her. Or tomgirl if you ask Uncle Tom.
Jace and Lexa survived their first overnight weekend with Grandma and Grandpa. Actually it may be better to say GRANDMA and GRANDPA survived.
They were able to sit in a real live firetruck courtesy of Sean.
Yeah, he is pretty proud of himself.....
And so ends another installment of 'what Jace and Lexa have been up to'. Mommy sincerely intends to pick up the slack in a couple of weeks when she goes back to work. Until then!
